Dear Test Measure Owner/Operator:
Test Measure Repair is a facility performing repairs on five gallon test measures and all work is NIST Handbook 105-3
compliant. The facility is capable of repairing FS-282-5D (red cans), stainless steel E-2 four inch neck and the stainless
steel E-3 three inch neck with the everyday problems such as leaking necks, broken sight tubes or slipped bottom bands
and can also repair/ replace neck brackets, tubes and retrofit scale plate adjusters to minimize scale plate travel. Parts will
be original equipment from the manufacturer of the test measure.
Labor is $50.00 per hour with a one hour minimum plus $12.50 for each 15 minute increment. Parts will be charged accordingly.
Shipping costs will be added for the return.
If you wish to have your test measure recalibrated before being returned to you, a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA)
Appointment Request will be filled out and your test measure will be delivered and picked up when ready. The TDA Metrology
Laboratory will invoice you for the calibration.
